of Province of North Carolina & Co. of Anson;
in consideration of a Letter of Attorney from Wm. Hailey Senr., the
father of sd. Wm. Haley Junr. so to do the Act whereof he doth hereby
acknowledge himself therewith;
one certain Tract on the branches of Fork Creek, 400 acres --- Jos. Clark's corner
--- north side of Elk Horn branch --- Fras. Clark's line --- Jos. Clark's corner.
