Pursuant to an order of the worishipful the county Court made at the October Term A.D. 1860 appointing us the undersigned committee to lay off & divide the Lands belonging to the estate of Wiley Parker des'd among his lawful heirs and report to January Term A.D. 1861. In pursuance of Said order and after being duly sworn by the Sheriff of Said County we have given to the several heirs their portion according to allotment of Said Land and do report as follows.

Lot No. 1 - Alloted to John Caudle and wife Judith. Beginning at a stake one red oak Spanish oak and post oak pointers and run No. 61 Et. 27 cahins and 25 lengths to a stake by a dead red oak, then No. 21 Et. 20 chains to a stake in an old field, thence No. 62 [Wt.?] 2 chains and 50 links to a stake [one hickory and form pointers?], thence So. 61 Wt. 39 chains and sixty links to a Stake, then So. 23 1/2 Et. 15 chains to the beginning. Containing 53 acres valued at 159 dollars and pays to Lot No. 2 88 dollares and 3 cts. and to Lot No. 3, 1 dollar and 44 cts.

Lot. No. 2 - Allotted to James F. Parker . Beginning at a stake one pine and hickory pts. and runs N 62 Wt. 18 chains & 20 lengths to a stake two [sourwood?] pointers on the bank of Richardsons Creek, then up the various courses of Said Creek, to Thomas Baucum's line, thence with his line So. 24 Et. 4 chains and 6 links to his corner stake, thence S 23 1/2 Et. 19 chains and 60 links to the last corner of Lot No. 1, thence with said line So. 61 wt. 39 chains & 60 links to the Beginning Containing 70 3/4 acres. Valued at 141 dollars and 50 cents and receiver of Lot. No. 1, 8 dollars and 3 cents.

Lot No.3 - Allotted to Francis M. Edwards. Beginning at the 2nd corner of No. 2 and runs No 76 Et. 26 chains and 25 links to a stake one whiteoak and sweet gum pts. on the bank of the Temple Branch, thence down the various courses of said branch 29 chains to the bank of Richardsons Creek, then up said creek to the Corner of Lot No. 2, thence with said line So. 82 Et. 15 chains to a stake by two sourwood pts., then No. 40 Et. 75 links to the Beginning. Containing 56 3/4 acres. Valued at 113 dollars and 50 cents and receiver of Lot No. 1, 1 dollar 44 cents and of No. 4, 34 dollars and 59 cents.

Lot No. 4 - Beginning at a stake in an old field one persimmon tree pts. then runs with John Thomas' line So 80 Wt. 36 chains to the said Thmas corner stake by 2 Red oaks then No. 1 Et.11 chains to a stake in a small branch. Parcel of persimmon trees pts. then No. 66 Et. 31 chains to a stake one hickory pointer, then So. 89 Et. 3 chains and 30 links to a stake one white oak and hickory pointers, then So 12 3/4 Et. 17 chains and 50 links to the Beginning. Containing 50 acres Allotted to Thomas W Parker and Valued at 200 dollars and pays to No 3, 34 dollars and 59 cents and to No 7, 15 dollars and 88 cents.

Lot No 5 - Allotted to William N Parker. Beginning at a red oak stump in a clift of rock. One pine pointer and runs No 28 Wt. 35 chains to a stake by 2 dogwoods, white oak and wild cherry pointers, then 1 Wt 7 chains to a stake by 4 pines, then So 87 Wt. 7 chains to a stake by 2 red oaks, thence So 21 Wt 25 chains to a stake by two white oaks, then So 69 Et 20 chains and 50 links to a large rock, 1 blackjack pts then No 51 Et 13 chains and 50 links to a blackjack, then So 59 Et 3 chains and 75 links to the Beginning. Containing 64 acres. Valued at 192 dollars and pays to Lot No 7, 10 dollars and 85 cents and to Lot No 8, 31 dollars & 62 cents.

Lot No 6 - Alloted to Hinson B. Hailey & wife Martha. Beginning at a stake by 2 pines in the edge of the Burnsville Road and runs No 87 Et. 34 chains and 50 links to a stake by a red oak and blackjack, thence So 1/2 Wt. 26 chains to a stake by a red oak and pine pts., then West 17 chains & 30 links to the red oak stump in a large rock, then No 28 Wt 27 chains to the Beginning. Containing 59 3/4 acres. Valued at 149 dollars 37 1/2 cents and pay to No 8, 15 1/2 cents.

Lot No 7 - Alloted to John B Parker. Beginning at a stake by 3 small hickories and runs No 87 Et. 34 chains to a stake in the back line. One red oak, white oak and pine pts., then So 1/2 Wt 18 chains & 20 links to a stake by a red oak and blackjack pointers, then So 89 Wt 34 chains and 50 links to a stake by 2 pines, then No 28 Wt 8 chains to a stake by 2 dogwoods and white oak pts, then No 1 Et. 11 30 chains to the Beginning. Containing 61 4/10 acres. Valued at 122 dollars and 80 cents and receives of Lot No 5, 10 dollars 85 cents & of No 4, 15 dollars & 88 cents.

Lot No 8 - Allotted to George Swaringen and wife Jane. Beginning at a post oak, George Thomas' corner and runs with his line No 61 Et 34 chains & 60 links to a hickory, dogwood and red oak pointers, then So 25 Et 1 chain & 75 links to a dogwood. One dogwood and white oak and maple pts, thence So 1/2 Wt 31 chains & 30 links to the corner of No 7, thence with said line So 87 Wt 34 chains to a stake by 3 small hickories pts, then No 11 Et 17 chains & 50 links to the Beginning. Containing 67 1/2 acres. Valued at 118 dollars 12 1/2 cents and receives of Lot No 5, 31 dollars and 40 cents.
